Barefoot shoes are catching on quick. There's a bunch of brands out there making cool designs for all kinds of activities, but not skateboarding for some reason. Barefoot shoes are catching on quick. There's a bunch of brands out there making cool designs for all kinds of activities, but not skateboarding for some reason. Some have a wide-ish toe, some have zero drop, most insoles have a bit of an arch. We're going back to the basics. Imagine you're standing barefoot on the ground. Your balance can align since you are flat and not on a downward slope. You use your arches which brings awareness back into your feet, and your toes can splay out and feel free.

Our founder went backpacking around Europe and brought his skateboard for transportation through the cities, but could only fit one pair of shoes. Just a week prior he stumbled on some 'barefoot' style running shoes in a thrift store and loved how they felt so he brought those. It obviously felt weird skating around in running shoes and h
Our founder went backpacking around Europe and brought his skateboard for transportation through the cities, but could only fit one pair of shoes. Just a week prior he stumbled on some 'barefoot' style running shoes in a thrift store and loved how they felt so he brought those. It obviously felt weird skating around in running shoes and he began researching. There was no barefoot skate shoe in existence so he set out to make one. 2 years and many failures later, we bring you the 'SendTreader'

Our first design. It has a thick suede upper which withstands the griptape of a skateboard better than any other fabrics/leather alternatives (Although we do have a vegan option) We kept the laces high to avoid getting torn and have spandex so they can slip on easier A natural rubber sole which is thick enough to take impact for the send

It has a thick suede upper which withstands the griptape of a skateboard better than any other fabrics/leather alternatives (Although we do have a vegan option) We kept the laces high to avoid getting torn and have spandex so they can slip on easier A natural rubber sole which is thick enough to take impact for the senders, combined with our dense foam insoles which make them comfortable.
